The backlog is unlimited — add as many requests as you like, whenever you like. Work happens one request at a time, so unlimited describes the queue, not simultaneous delivery.
Yes. Add the whole list, in any order, and reprioritise whenever you want. We always work on whatever is at the top.
Most requests see a change delivered — or meaningful progress — within 2–5 business days. Small changes are often faster; larger ones are split up so you see movement continuously.
We break it into smaller deliverable increments and work through them in order. You see progress every few days instead of waiting weeks for a big reveal.
No. Almost everything happens in writing — a request, a screenshot, a quick video if it helps. We'll only ask for a call if something genuinely needs one.
No. Changes are built and reviewed in a test environment first. Nothing reaches production without your explicit approval.
Yes — on Odoo.sh or self-hosted Odoo. Odoo Online doesn't allow installed custom modules; there we solve the same needs through Studio, template edits and the API.
Yes — most requests do. Invoice and delivery slip templates, reports, fields, views and automations can all be customized on Odoo Online, through Odoo Studio, template edits and Odoo's API. What Odoo Online doesn't allow is installing custom code modules — those are for Odoo.sh or self-hosted databases.
Low-complexity connections to your other tools are included. Larger external integrations, migrations and infrastructure projects are scoped separately.
There's no long-term contract. Try your first week: if it isn't the right fit, you get 75% of the month back, no hard feelings.
